Franklin will be outsourcing the Advisor Account Service to a 3rd-party but doesn’t want to lose their (1000s of) advisor users, who go straight to their accounts and thereby leave the FT site. They needed to find a way to keep them on the FT site with all the relevant advisor content and a way to prepare them for this new bifurcated process, separating account info from advisor content.The improved Sign-in and Register flows and fresh UI design I created engage users in addition to highlighting the offerings on the new PRC – Personalized Resource Center – with content curated specifically for them.
