As the Head of the UX Center of Excellence, I managed all facets of UX design operations, including defining strategy, creating and managing design systems, style guides, and libraries; managing workflow and tools; leading research, design, user inter-face, and data visualization; designing presentations and campaigns; creating print and digital user guides, and training junior designers. I created a Sharepoint site to serve as a central hub for all things related to User Experience within Putnam.
